Meet Tricia
Realtor®With over 6 years of real estate experience, Tricia Tumlinson is the team leader of The Tumlinson Group at Douglas Elliman. The mission of The Tumlinson Group is to deliver relationship-driven, luxury service regardless of price point. Agents at The Tumlinson Group are lifelong, trusted real estate advisors who help their clients by utilizing an extensive community network, a knowledge of emerging markets, and expert negotiation skills.
Prior to entering the world of real estate, Tricia was a lifestyle publicist and event planner in her native New York City. With family roots that can be traced back to Alamo defender George W. Tumlinson, Tricia always knew she would one day call Texas home. Once relocating to Austin, Tricia felt called to engage in a career where she could help others and run a business. She made the transition to real estate within months of calling Austin home.
Tricia received a Bachelor's degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and holds the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) certification. In addition, she is a Certified Coaches Alliance International Business Coach who prides herself in coaching both her clients and team agents to achieve their financial goals through real estate. Tricia exceeds expectations through a client-first approach, open communication, and quick response time. Working with all price points, she supports clients from Georgetown to New Braunfels and Lakeway to Bastrop.

Giving back is one of the three pillars of The Tumlinson Group. With each real estate transaction, The Tumlinson Group assists local charities with a monetary donation; so far, donating over $10,000 to local non-profits. Tricia has served as Chair of the Austin Young Chamber Board of Directors and as a board member of the Young Women's Alliance. She is a graduate of Leadership Austin Emerge, a member of Dress for Success Austin Circle of Impact, and a former member of the Junior League of Austin. Tricia enjoys spending time on Lake Travis and exploring Austin's delicious culinary scene. She and her fiancé, Mike, own multiple rental properties and reside in Southeast Austin with their dog, Penny.
